Common Problems That Lead to Water Issues
Poor Drainage
If the soil around your home doesn’t slope away from the foundation, water can pool around the base, eventually seeping into your crawlspace or basement.
High Groundwater Levels
Homes in areas with high water tables or frequent heavy rain are especially vulnerable to groundwater rising into the foundation.
Rainwater Runoff
Clogged gutters or downspouts that drain too close to the home can direct water straight into the foundation instead of safely away.
Poor Construction
Unfortunately, some builders skip steps. Foundation walls are often not waterproofed, or the backfill around the foundation is not properly compacted during construction.
Why Waterproof Your Basement or Crawl Space?
Reduce mold and mildew, improving your home’s air quality.
Protect your biggest investment – your home.
Prevent structural damage caused by prolonged water exposure.
Control indoor humidity and moisture levels.
Stop pest infestations that thrive in damp environments.
Prevent wood rot in your crawlspace substructure.
Comprehensive Basement Waterproofing Solutions
Our basement waterproofing services are designed to prevent water damage and improve your home’s structural integrity. Most projects are completed in just 3–4 days with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Hydraway Pro-Flow Drainage System
At the heart of our waterproofing solutions is the Hydraway Pro-Flow drainage system, known for its superior flow rates and clog-resistant design. Unlike traditional gravel and pipe systems, Hydraway uses a combination of geotextile fabric and a flat drain core to effectively channel water away from your home’s foundation.
- High inflow rate – up to 70% greater than traditional systems
- Flexible, low-profile design for quicker, cleaner installation
- Proven durability and long-term performance

French Drains
Our expertly installed french drains redirect groundwater away from your foundation to prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup and basement flooding. This solution is ideal for properties with poor drainage or water pooling around the perimeter of the home.
Sump Pump Systems
A properly installed and maintained sump pump is key to keeping your basement dry. We install powerful, energy-efficient sump pump systems that automatically remove water from your basement during heavy rains or rising groundwater levels.
- Battery backup options available for added protection
- Quiet operation and long-lasting performance

Wall Liners and Moisture Barriers
Protect your basement walls from condensation and seepage with our durable wall liner systems. These waterproof barriers not only help prevent mold growth but also improve the overall look of your basement by covering unsightly, damp foundation walls.
- Mold-resistant and easy to clean
- Seamless integration with drainage systems
How It Works
Here’s a simplified overview of what goes into a typical basement waterproofing project:
1. Perimeter Trench & Drainage Prep
We begin by cutting the concrete floor about 12–14 inches away from the wall and digging a trench along the interior perimeter. This exposes the footing and creates space for the drainage system.
2. Installing the Hydraway Pro-Flow
A folded Pro-Flow strip drain is placed along the footing, running the full perimeter of the basement and connecting into the sump pit. The material is overlapped and zip-tied where needed, and we drill weep holes every 2 feet along the base of the wall to relieve hydrostatic pressure.
3. Sump Pit & Pump Installation
We excavate a designated area for the sump pit and install a sump pump to actively remove collected water. The Pro-Flow is connected directly to the pit to guide water into the system.
4. Backfill & Gravel Layer
Once in place, the trench is backfilled using 57 stone to support drainage, topped with a layer of gravel to promote water flow.
5. Wall Protection & Discharge
A drainage mat or Hydro channel is installed over the gravel and extended slightly up the wall. If a wall liner is used, it’s tucked behind this layer. We then install the pump discharge pipe and route it at least 10 feet away from the home’s foundation.
6. Concrete Restoration
Finally, the floor is patched with fresh concrete to restore a clean, finished look and a seamless transition to your existing floor.
